Work Experience
Noel is a founding partner of Farrer Huxley Associates which was formed in 1995. He has a wide and varied experience in public sector landscape including ten years spent at the London Boroughs of Haringey and Islington. Noel has developed an extensive portfolio of clients in; housing, masterplanning, urban open space, play and education.  His relationship skills and strategic thinking have proved extremely useful in the numerous multidisciplinary project teams FHA has worked with.

Key Skills
Noel has a strong commitment to consultation, believing the end users should be involved in the design process at all stages. He a keen promoter of modern design concepts with the benefit of grass roots experience, and aims to generate exciting solutions to everyday problems. His attention to detail, during the design process and on site leads to high quality schemes. 

Interests
Noel sees landscape as a vital element of regeneration in amongst the many contributing socio/economic factors; from local community to political/planning strategy level. He uses his expertise to overcome perceived problems with clear simple solutions.

In 2006 Noel was appointed as a consultant on the CABE Space Strategic Enabling Panel.  In 2008 Noel was appointed onto the Landscape Insitute Policy Committee and became a member of Council.
